I have no expertise or problems to share. Should I still attend?
We don’t believe you! Everyone has specialized knowledge that can help the group. You’ve built a legitimate business, and that is not easy! We all have struggles or problems that can use another set of eyes. We challenge you to think harder.
How much does it cost?
Early bird pricing is $4,997. Late bird pricing is $5,997. The sooner you apply and sign up, the less it will cost you!
Are there any additional costs?
You'll need to pay for your travel, but all other expenses (meals, experiences and additional benefits) will be included with the cost of your enrollment fee.
Where is the conference and what should I wear?
It's going to be in Pinedale, Wyoming. The specific address will be given once you sign up!
Where should I stay?
We're getting an Airbnb! We'll give you the address once you sign up!
Can I bring my spouse or business partner?
Spouses and business partners are definitely welcome to come! However, you will need to purchase a separate ticket for each individual.
Why are you capping it at 10 people?
We've done smaller scale events like this before, usually 10 to 12 max, and we know that smaller, more intimate events like this make it a great experience for everyone.
Is food included?
Yes. All meals will be covered!
Who will be speaking?
This is a mastermind event, not a conference. You will get to know each member of the group very well as you participate in "hot seats," where each person has an opportunity to present whatever issues they need help with, or whatever value they'd like to deliver to the rest of their group. This will be an interactive experience where you'll learn a lot from those in the room with you!
Why do I need to apply?
We want to keep the REtipster Inner Circle small and intimate, so only 10 land investors will attend the event. Applications will be reviewed based on your land investing experience, what you can contribute, annual revenue, and if we feel you are a good fit for what we are doing.
